Oryan Golf Return Policy

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in new condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Non-defective returns are accepted for buyer's remorse when these eligibility requirements are met.

Because each Oryan Golf product is made to order, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Oryan Golf will cover authorized return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible non-defective returns. Returns are handled by mail.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Eligible items may be returned under this policy, and a new order may be placed separately.

Restocking Fee

Oryan Golf does not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

How to Start a Return

Use the Oryan Golf Contact form before returning an item. Include your order number and clear photos when relevant. We will provide the authorized return destination and instructions. Do not send returns without authorization.
