Free shipping

Free standard shipping is included with every Oryan Golf runner. Each design is made to order, and tracking is provided when it ships.

Most orders arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on production, shipping method, and location.

How your runner arrives

Your 24 × 120-inch runner arrives folded, protected, and securely boxed for shipment. Temporary fold lines may be visible at first and typically soften as the rug settles.

First-day setup

1. Open the box carefully and remove the runner.
2. Unfold it on a clean, dry, flat floor.
3. Smooth the surface gently by hand.
4. Loosely reverse roll the runner, then lay it flat again.
5. Allow normal room use and time to help the material settle.

Avoid creating a hard crease while reverse rolling.

Floor placement

The runner includes a non-slip backing and does not normally require a separate pad.

• Place it on a clean, dry, flat surface.
• Check that it lies securely before putting.
• Allow comfortable room for your stance and stroke.

Care

• Vacuum gently without a rotating beater bar.
• Blot spills promptly with a clean cloth.
• Use a mild cleaning solution when needed.
• Avoid bleach, aggressive scrubbing, and high heat.
• Allow the runner to dry completely before walking or putting on it.
• If storing it, roll it loosely and keep it in a clean, dry area.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong design, contact Oryan Golf promptly through the website contact form or at oryanstudio.co@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label when relevant.
